Born in 1987 to a family that valued education—her father a nephrologist and her mother a programming executive at Doordarshan—Gokulnath excelled academically, earning a B.Tech degree in biotechnology from RV College of Engineering. The company’s failure to submit timely audited financial statements for the 2021 fiscal year raised concerns about its financial transparency and stability, resulting in a loss of investor confidence and the resignation of key board members.
