Global Evangelist, Dr. K.A. Paul Condemns Trump’s Remarks as Morally Unacceptable, Warns of Constitutional Violations and ‘Divine Consequences’
29 June 2025, New Delhi
World-renowned evangelist and global peace ambassador Dr. K.A. Paul has called for the impeachment of former U.S. President Donald Trump, condemning his recent threats to assassinate Iranian leaders. Speaking at a press conference in New Delhi, Dr. Paul described Trump’s statements as “dangerous,” “morally reprehensible,” and a “betrayal of Christian values and democratic principles.”

Dr. Paul criticized Trump for claiming he had spared Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, while simultaneously threatening his life for not expressing gratitude. Calling Trump an “abomination to Christianity,” Dr. Paul expressed disappointment over what he called Trump’s repeated failure to uphold his promises to Americans, Christians, and the international community.
Referencing his 2020 book, “Save America and The World from Trump,” Dr. Paul stated he had previously warned Trump of the consequences of adopting aggressive and destabilizing policies. “He ignored sound advice and walked a path that has brought harm to global peace,” Paul added.

As a longtime advocate for peace and diplomacy, Dr. Paul reaffirmed his commitment to non-violence, citing biblical teachings that urge reconciliation and compassion. He revealed that he has held discussions with leaders in Israel and Iran, who assured him of their refusal to pursue weapons of mass destruction.
The evangelist also accused Trump of inconsistent policies on critical international issues, including the U.S. intelligence community’s assessment of Iran’s nuclear ambitions and the handling of Jamal Khashoggi’s murder. “These contradictions undermine America’s global credibility and moral leadership,” he stated.
Dr. Paul emphasized that under U.S. law, no president can declare war without Congressional approval. He warned that Trump’s unilateral threats and military posturing not only violate the U.S. Constitution but also erode ethical governance.

In a direct appeal to senior Republican lawmakers—including Senators John Thune, Ted Cruz, and Lindsey Graham—Dr. Paul urged them to hold Trump accountable, regardless of political risk. He issued a 30-day ultimatum, calling on Trump to retract his statements and change course or face formal impeachment proceedings and, as Paul warned, “divine consequences.”
Concluding with a plea for prayer and moral reflection, Dr. Paul said, “Peace cannot be achieved through violence. The Bible commands, ‘Thou shalt not kill.’ We must choose a higher path.”
Through his address, Dr. K.A. Paul once again reinforced his global role as a tireless voice for peace, accountability, and the defense of moral and constitutional values.
