In a significant step to advance India’s research and innovation landscape, Dr. Rajkumar Sharma, Punjab Chairman of People Forum of India – National Bharat Sevak Samaj, and Dr. Shruti, Managing Director of VA-RA Venture, which publishes a reputed international research journal, met with Shri Tarun Chugh, National General Secretary of the BJP.

The meeting aimed to support Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a self-reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat) and the goal of transforming India into a Viksit Bharat 2047 while establishing the nation as a global knowledge and innovation leader (Vishwa Guru).

Dr. Shruti outlined VA-RA Venture’s efforts to bridge academia and industry through research and innovation initiatives. She stressed the importance of supporting startups, fostering new technologies, and encouraging interdisciplinary research. She also highlighted leveraging digital platforms to expand access to knowledge and innovation in rural and underserved areas, ensuring that the development of Viksit Bharat remains inclusive.

Shri Tarun Chugh appreciated the commitment and initiatives of both leaders toward India’s research and innovation goals. He remarked:
