New Delhi: People living in Delhi can now enjoy the authentic taste of Bihar without leaving the city. A new canteen has been inaugurated at Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi, bringing a variety of traditional Bihari dishes to the capital. The initiative is designed to celebrate Bihar’s rich culinary traditions while giving food enthusiasts an opportunity to experience regional flavours.
The canteen was inaugurated on Tuesday by Manoj Kumar Singh, Resident Commissioner of Bihar Bhawan, in the presence of officials and staff members. Addressing the gathering, Singh said Bihar Bhawan has long served as a symbol of the state’s culture and heritage in Delhi, and the new canteen further strengthens that identity by showcasing Bihar’s authentic cuisine.
