New Delhi: The International Federation of Electric Vehicle Association (IFEVA), in collaboration with the MERI Group of Institutions, will host the National Electric Vehicles Park Industry Meet on August 1, 2026, at MERI College, Janakpuri, New Delhi. The event will unite policymakers, industry leaders, manufacturers, startups, investors, academicians, and technology experts to deliberate on building a comprehensive EV ecosystem, with discussions focusing on manufacturing, battery technology, charging infrastructure, research and development, recycling, testing, skill development, and renewable energy.
The event seeks to accelerate technology localization, encourage investments, foster innovation, generate employment opportunities, and promote sustainable mobility. In doing so, it aims to strengthen the Government of India’s Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.
The event will be attended by several distinguished dignitaries, including:
- Shri Pankaj Kumar Singh, Minister of Transport, Government of Delhi, as Chief Guest
- Ms. Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Member of Parliament, West Delhi, as Keynote Speaker
