New Delhi: Reaffirming its commitment to promoting India’s MSME sector under the leadership of Shri Dinesh Goyal, National President of the Indian Industries Association (IIA), IIA hosted an industry interaction and media briefing at its Central Office in New Delhi. During the event, the association unveiled details of the 11th India Food Expo 2026, which will take place from 18–20 September 2026 at Regalia Greens, Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow. More than 100 entrepreneurs, industrialists, and MSME representatives attended the programme.
Expo to Showcase 160 Stalls, Latest Food Processing Technologies
Speaking at the event, Shri Alok Agarwal, National Senior Vice President, IIA, said the 11th India Food Expo 2026 will feature around 160 exhibition stalls. These stalls will showcase the latest solutions in food processing, packaging, cold chain, automation, logistics, and allied industries. He further said that eligible MSME exhibitors can receive up to 80% government subsidy on stall bookings under the applicable government guidelines. Moreover, this benefit will be available to the first 60 eligible exhibitors, encouraging greater participation from MSMEs.
India Food Expo to Create New Opportunities for MSMEs
Shri Deepak Kumar Bajaj, General Secretary, IIA, said the India Food Expo has grown into one of North India’s leading business platforms for the food processing industry. According to him, the event will bring together manufacturers, technology companies, startups, exporters, buyers, investors, and policymakers under one roof.
He said the Expo will encourage technology adoption, innovation, business networking, exports, and investments, opening new growth avenues for MSMEs. He further noted that IIA has over 16,000 members, representing nearly one lakh industrial units across India.
Dr. Mamtamayi Priyadarshini, State Chairperson of IIA Delhi & Haryana, said the food processing sector offers significant opportunities for employment generation, value addition, farmer welfare, and MSME growth.
She said India Food Expo 2026 will bring together industry, government, academia, startups, and innovators to promote collaboration, technology adoption, entrepreneurship, and sustainable industrial development in line with the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
Dr. Lakshmikant Pandey, CEC Member of IIA, highlighted that the Expo’s technical sessions will equip MSMEs with the latest technologies, enabling them to improve product quality and enhance their competitiveness.
Shri Neeraj Bajaj, Secretary of the IIA Delhi Chapter, said the event will create valuable opportunities for MSMEs to expand their business networks, adopt advanced technologies, and explore new market opportunities.
Expo to Offer Business Networking, Technology and Knowledge Sessions
The three-day India Food Expo 2026 will feature buyer-seller meets, technology demonstrations, technical seminars, and expert sessions. Additionally, discussions will cover food processing, packaging, logistics, food safety, AI-driven manufacturing, branding, exports, and supply chain management.
Furthermore, the Expo will welcome international business delegations, creating opportunities for technology transfer, strategic partnerships, and global business expansion.

The organisers have invited food processors, MSMEs, startups, exporters, FPOs, buyers, investors, and technology providers from across India to participate in India Food Expo 2026.
