Global CEOs, youth innovators, and cultural storytellers gather for the International Solar Festival and CEO Caucus at Bharat Pavilion to shape Asia’s solar future at World Expo 2025
2 July 2025, New Delhi
The International Solar Alliance (ISA) is gearing up to host the second edition of its flagship events — the CEO Caucus and the International Solar Festival — on July 3 and 4 at the Bharat Pavilion, World Expo 2025, in Osaka, Japan. With India and Japan at the helm, the events aim to accelerate Asia’s clean energy transition through policy, partnerships, and youth participation.

The CEO Caucus, taking place on July 3, will bring together top industry leaders, investors, and policymakers under the theme “Forging the Future of Solar: India–Japan Innovations for a Sustainable Asia.” Discussions will focus on building solar supply chains, unlocking new investments, and exploring joint ventures in storage and green hydrogen.
On July 4, the International Solar Festival will shine a light on community-driven energy through culture and innovation. Flagship programs like Young & Limitless and Dastan-e-Aftaab will spotlight youth-led solutions and showcase solar heritage through powerful storytelling and artistic expression.
India’s Bharat Pavilion will take center stage as the cultural and strategic heart of the event. Featuring interactive exhibits and themed installations, the pavilion will highlight India’s commitment to sustainable energy and align with Expo Osaka’s theme — Designing Future Society for Our Lives.
The events reflect ISA’s expanding global footprint. Following successful editions in New Delhi and Brussels, the Osaka summit marks ISA’s strategic engagement with the Asia-Pacific region. With 124 member nations, the alliance continues to lead efforts in collaborative solar policy and innovation.
As the planet faces escalating climate challenges, these gatherings aim to blend action and aspiration. By linking business, youth, and culture, the festival offers a platform to co-create a cleaner, fairer solar-powered future for the continent and beyond.
ISA also plans to host similar events in Africa and Latin America later this year, reinforcing the momentum for global solar adoption. Key announcements, new collaborations, and strategic frameworks are expected to emerge from the Osaka stage.
