The Secret Behind His Six-Pack Abs

In a recent conversation, Rohit shared that his impressive, carved body transformation was something he felt was “long overdue.” He explained that his journey to fitness was always a challenge, mainly because he never liked the idea of going to a regular gym.

  • Fitness from Dancing: “Growing up, I used to be a dancer, so my fitness came from that,” he shared.”I never thought I needed to go to the gym just to stay healthy.”
  • A Growing Requirement: However, as he grew older and started choosing different kinds of roles, he realized a certain level of physical fitness was needed for his work. The Director Who Pushed Him

According to Rohit, it was the director of Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, Shashank Khaitan, who first pushed him to seriously start his fitness journey. Once Rohit began, he found himself completely committed and couldn’t stop.

The positive effects of the routine quickly spread into other parts of his life. He noted that working out regularly brought a sense of discipline that helped everything else fall into place: “What I was eating, my schedules, my sleep cycle, “Everything started falling into place once I began following a regular workout routine.”

Intense Training for the Big Screen

While shooting for the dance number “Panwadi” from Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, Rohit gave a glimpse into the kind of training he was doing.

His routine was focused on intense strength and functional training. This means the exercises helped build strength needed for everyday movements, not just big muscles. The workout included:

  • Bicep curls
  • Lateral raises
  • Planks
  • Squats
  • Crunches
  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) exercises

He followed this rigorous routine with dedication to achieve his impressive, chiselled look and six-pack abs for the screen.
