Dr. Jaswinder Singh Calls on Centre to Adopt Rajasthan’s Model to Make Affordable, Alternative Healthcare Accessible Nationwide

A strong call for national legal recognition of Electropathy—an alternative, plant-based system of medicine—was made today at a high-profile press conference held at the Press Club of India, New Delhi.
The event was led by Dr. Jaswinder Singh, President of the World Bio Cares Health Organization (WBCHO) and Founder of Ebio Cares. Renowned globally for his contributions to alternative healthcare, Dr. Singh is a World Record Holder who has successfully treated thousands of patients suffering from conditions like Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Speech Disorders—areas where conventional medicine often falls short.
Dr. Singh urged the Government of India to replicate the progressive model adopted by Rajasthan, which, on 30 April 2025, officially established a five-member State Electropathy Board. This move marked a significant step toward structured regulation, research, and institutional support for the Electropathy system.
Highlighting recent political support from other states, Dr. Singh noted that Uttar Pradesh Minister Dr. Sanjay Nishad has taken up the matter with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak. In Himachal Pradesh, the Electro Homeopathy Development and Welfare Society has submitted a memorandum to State Health Minister Dhani Ram Shandil advocating for similar action.

Speaking to the media, Dr. Singh stated:
“The time has come for India to recognize Electropathy as a legitimate system of medicine. With growing political support and successful implementation in Rajasthan, the Central Government must take decisive steps toward national legislation that protects and promotes Electropathy for the well-being of millions.”
What is Electropathy?
Electropathy, or Electro Homeopathy, was developed in 1865 by Italian physician Count Cesare Mattei. It is a plant-based medical system using extracts from 114 medicinal plants. Advocates describe it as a natural, cost-effective, and non-toxic approach to treating various health issues.
