New Delhi: The Media Federation of India (MFI) organised the second edition of the Business Icon Awards 2026 in New Delhi, bringing together and honouring distinguished professionals and organisations whose exceptional work has contributed significantly to the fields of business, healthcare, transport, public administration, media and corporate communications.
The second edition of the Business Icon Awards brought together accomplished personalities from diverse sectors to recognise their professional achievements, leadership and meaningful contributions to society. The awards celebrated excellence across various fields while highlighting individuals and organisations that have made a significant impact through their work.
The event was held under the leadership of Mr. Arun Sharma, National President, Media Federation of India, and was supported by GAIL (India) Limited, NTPC, All India Motor Transport Congress (AIMTC), Delhi Contract Bus Association, Revenue News, Sun Aviation Pvt. Ltd., Arun Bharat and Vaccine India Trust.
The ceremony was attended by eminent dignitaries including Dr. Ajay Gambhir, Dr. Anju Gambhir and Mr. Om Prakash, former Additional Director, Power Finance Corporation (PFC), along with distinguished guests and professionals from different sectors.
The Business Icon Awards 2026 honoured achievers from across diverse domains, including Dr. Harish Sabharwal, Prof. (Dr.) Simmi Rattan, Mr. Vijender Singh, Prof. Shilpa Sharma, Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Mr. Ravi Naayar, Vedanta BALCO, represented by Mr. Vijay Bajpai, Mr. Shahid Sayeed, Mr. Rajender Kumar, Dr. Zahiroodin, Ms. Mansi Sharma, Ms. Prateeksha, Mr. Kuldeep Sharma and Mr. Ashubodh Deori. The awardees were recognised for their contributions and achievements across their respective fields, including business, healthcare, public service, media, transport and political public relations.
