New Delhi: VSERV Infosystems has completed 10 years in India’s technology and IT services sector. The company celebrated its 10th Foundation Day in New Delhi on Monday and launched its indigenous AI-powered IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, ‘Bharat Service Desk’.
More than 500 guests from the government, public sector, banking, corporate and technology sectors attended the event. The celebration also highlighted VSERV’s expansion across India and international markets.
Former Prasar Bharati Chairman Shri Navneet Sehgal congratulated VSERV on completing a decade in the technology sector. He appreciated the company’s focus on innovation and said Indian technology companies can play an important role in strengthening the country’s digital capabilities.
Shri Sunil Kumar Sharma, Cabinet Minister for Information Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh, described Bharat Service Desk as an important step towards strengthening indigenous technology. He said the initiative supports digital self-reliance and promotes IT solutions developed in India. He also appreciated VSERV’s efforts under CEO Shri Sajid Ahmed and COO Shri Raman Shukla.
Shri Avanish Kumar Awasthi, Senior Advisor to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and senior IAS officer, recalled VSERV’s journey from Noida to a company with a national and international presence. He said the company’s growth reflects its technological capabilities and sustained efforts. He also described Bharat Service Desk as an important milestone for VSERV.
VSERV Expands Presence Across 23 States and Four Countries
Over the past 10 years, VSERV has expanded its operations across IT services, digital transformation and enterprise technology solutions. The company now provides technology services and IT solutions across 23 states in India and four countries.
VSERV has also developed partnerships with organisations across different industries and institutions. Through these partnerships, the company aims to make digital technology more accessible, efficient and outcome-driven.
The Foundation Day event brought together several prominent personalities from the corporate, banking and technology sectors. CP Gurnani, Smt. Shalini Singh, President, NCF, Shri Hemant Verma, CVO, Punjab & Sind Bank, and Shri Prabas Bose, CGM, SBI Delhi, attended the programme.
Senior officials and technology professionals associated with Kyndryl, Oracle, LG, EPFO and GST also participated in the event.
Representatives from Sify, one of VSERV’s key technology partners, joined the celebration and highlighted the importance of partnerships in the company’s decade-long journey.
