RPI Holds Ambedkar Jayanti Event in Panchkula; Ravi Sonu Kundli Leads, Ramdas Athawale Graces Occasion

The Republican Party of India (Athawale faction) (RPI) organised Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Jayanti with solemnity and enthusiasm at the PWD Rest House, Sector 1, Panchkula, bringing together several social and political figures to commemorate his legacy and ideals.

Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Athawale, attended the programme as the chief guest. The event was led by Ravi Sonu Kundli, State President of the Republican Party of India (Athawale )Haryana.

Addressing the gathering, Ravi Sonu Kundli highlighted the expanding presence of the Republican Party of India (Athawale) in Haryana and outlined ongoing efforts to strengthen its organisational base. He noted that the party is progressing in alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party and expressed confidence that this collaboration will continue to grow, including in neighbouring Punjab.

He also commended the governance and policy initiatives of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating that their leadership has contributed to inclusive development.

The programme was attended by several dignitaries, including Banto Kataria (State Vice President, BJP), Shyamlal Bansal (Mayor candidate, Panchkula), Suman Sharma (Deputy Mayor, Chandigarh), Shiv Pawar (President, Beragi Samaj Haryana), Tinku Bhatti (State General Secretary, RPI), Omprakash (chairman, Haryana), Ahalyavati, Rajesh Dalal, Karmveer Bedi (President, Eklavya Pathshala), Mahendra Tiwari, and Amit Bajaj (Trade Board President, RPI Haryana), among others.

The event concluded with a shared message of social harmony, equality, and a renewed commitment to carrying forward Dr. Ambedkar’s vision of justice and empowerment.
