New Delhi:Dr. Bhargav Mallappa, National Chairman and Founder of the Akhila Sevak Samaj Council (ASSC), met Union MSME Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi in New Delhi. The meeting focused on skill development, youth employment, entrepreneurship and creating better livelihood opportunities for young people.
During the meeting, Dr. Mallappa invited Jitan Ram Manjhi to visit skill development institutes operating under his initiatives in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. He briefed the Union Minister on the institutes’ efforts to provide practical training and connect young people with employment, self-employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Jitan Ram Manjhi appreciated Dr. Mallappa’s work in the field of skill development and youth empowerment. He expressed his willingness to visit the institutes, interact with students and understand the initiatives being carried out at the grassroots level.
Dr. Mallappa also welcomed the Ministry of MSME’s efforts to promote entrepreneurship, skill development and employment generation. He highlighted the importance of stronger coordination between grassroots organisations and national-level initiatives to expand access to training and livelihood opportunities.
The meeting also covered possible measures to strengthen skill development programmes and create more opportunities for young people in employment and entrepreneurship.
