Faculty Development Program on Supercomputing and Quantum Computing organized at MERI College

A six-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) sponsored by  AICTE is being organized at MERI College of Engineering and Technology from June 30 to July 5, 2025. The theme of the program is “Supercomputing and Quantum Computing,” which is a highly significant and advanced topic in today’s technological era.

On day one, the inauguration of the program took place in the esteemed presence of Prof. Lalit Aggarwal (Vice-President, MERI Group) ,  Prof. (Dr.) Umesh Gupta (Director, MERI-CET) and Prof. (Dr.) Preet Singh (Principal MERI  PLI).

Prof. (Dr.) Yudhvir Singh, Director, UIET, MDU, Rohtak inaugurated the program and inspired them towards technological innovation. Prof. Vikram Goyal, Professor IIIT Delhi, delivered the Keynote Address and briefed about the History of supercomputing in India.

The Faculty and Research Scholars from AICTE Approved institutions are taking part this Six  day  Program. This event reflects MERI-CET’s commitment to enhancing the knowledge of technical educators and promoting innovation-driven development.
