WHF National Executive Meet in Delhi addresses rising violence, outlines international outreach, and calls for justice in Jammu & Kashmir tragedy
New Delhi The World Hindu Federation (WHF) convened its National Executive Meet today in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, reaffirming its commitment to promoting the cultural, spiritual, and socio-political empowerment of Hindus worldwide. The event brought together key national and international members, including top leadership figures and special guests from the United States
The session was presided over by WHF International President Sri Ajay Singh, National President Dr. Vinay Pratap Singh, National Vice President Sri Satya Babu, and National Secretary Prof. Jyotshna Tirunagari, along with other executive members and invited dignitaries.
Condemnation of Pahalgam Terror Attack
The meeting began with a solemn tribute to the victims of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, in which Hindu tourists were brutally killed on April 22. WHF expressed deep condolences to the affected families and called for unwavering and swift justice. The organization urged the government to ensure such tragedies are not forgotten and demanded robust security measures for all civilians and visitors in conflict-sensitive regions.
Key Resolutions and Strategic Priorities
During the session, WHF outlined several major initiatives and concerns:
- Global Expansion of Hindu Unity Initiatives:
Plans were set in motion to broaden WHF’s international presence by strengthening connections among the Hindu diaspora. This includes fostering cultural pride, promoting leadership rooted in Sanatana Dharma, and engaging Hindu youth through educational and awareness campaigns. - Response to Communal Tensions:
WHF voiced strong concern over escalating violence in West Bengal and the persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh. The organization condemned such attacks and called for immediate government intervention to protect vulnerable communities and uphold communal harmony. - Safeguarding Hindu Identity:
With the backdrop of growing instability in certain regions, WHF emphasized the urgency of defending the safety, rights, and identity of Hindus—particularly in areas facing targeted violence or systemic neglect. - Grassroots Empowerment:
A new focus was placed on building local-level support systems, including volunteer networks, legal assistance centers, and rapid response teams. These are aimed at countering discrimination, spreading awareness, and offering on-the-ground support during crises.
