Prayagraj police have uncovered a major case of forgery involving attempts to influence court proceedings using fake FIRs, forged documents, and false signatures. Three individuals have been arrested in the case, which is linked to Dholpur, Rajasthan—believed to be the origin of the conspiracy. Those arrested are Sanjeev Gaur, his wife Aradhana Gaur, and Rajesh Kumar. They are accused of filing false complaints, submitting forged papers in the Allahabad High Court against a healthcare company, and trying to mislead the judiciary.
The case was registered at the Cantonment police station in Prayagraj following a complaint by a Noida-based healthcare company. During investigation, police found that the accused had not only submitted fake documents in court but had also filed three false FIRs at police stations in Dholpur, which were later found to be baseless.

One of the accused, Rajesh Kumar, had posed as an employee of the company and submitted a forged vakalatnama (power of attorney) in court. To carry out the fraud, the accused used fake documents, false mobile numbers, and fabricated identities. All three were produced before the Prayagraj court and sent to judicial custody. Police said efforts are underway to identify and arrest other members of the group.
The Dholpur-linked conspiracy has raised serious questions about how legal processes are being misused. However, the alertness of the Prayagraj police has brought the matter to light. A detailed investigation is in progress, and those found guilty will be dealt with strictly under the law.
