Renowned Kirtaniya Bhai Sarabjit Singh Ji from Patna Sahib Inspires Sangat with Messages of Naam Simran, Seva and Humanity
New Delhi: A grand Shukrana Kirtan Samagam was organized at Gurdwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha, A-Block, Preet Vihar, on the occasion of the birthday of Sardar Gurcharan Singh Raju. Held under the blessings of Guru Sahib and with the wholehearted participation of the sangat, the spiritually uplifting event witnessed the presence of a large number of devotees who gathered to experience the divine essence of Gurbani Kirtan and receive the blessings of the Guru.
The Samagam commenced with the recitation of Sri Rehras Sahib, followed by soul-stirring Gurbani Kirtan by the Hazoori Ragi Jatha. The highlight of the programme was the inspiring kirtan rendered by renowned Sikh devotional singer Bhai Sarabjit Singh Ji from Patna Sahib. Through his devotional renditions, he encouraged the congregation to embrace Guru Sahib’s teachings, engage in Naam Simran, and dedicate themselves to selfless service and the welfare of humanity.
Addressing the gathering, Sardar Gurcharan Singh Raju emphasized that Gurbani Kirtan serves as a powerful source of spiritual awakening, inner peace, and seva. He noted that such religious congregations play a vital role in strengthening social harmony, fostering unity, and reinforcing the spirit of brotherhood within the community. Expressing his gratitude, he thanked the sangat for their presence and offered prayers of thanksgiving to Guru Sahib.
The programme concluded with Ardas, followed by Guru Ka Langar, where a large number of devotees partook in the blessed community meal.
On the occasion, members of the sangat, social workers, and distinguished citizens extended their heartfelt birthday greetings to Sardar Gurcharan Singh Raju. Vijay Shankar Chaturvedi, President of the Accredited Journalists Association and Editor of Rashtriya Times, conveyed his best wishes for Raju Ji’s good health, happiness, and long life. Presidents, secretaries, and office-bearers from various gurdwaras also joined in offering their blessings and warm wishes. The event concluded in an atmosphere of devotion, gratitude, service, and collective celebration.
