Seven MP candidates from the Bharatiya Janata Party are running in the local elections. Rakesh Singh stated regarding Union Ministers and MPs running for office that it takes bravery to make decisions, which Congress can never have, and that it is therefore pointless to make such claims if Congress lacks these qualities.Rakesh Singh stated regarding running in the assembly elections as an MP that it is my duty as a Bharat Janata Party member to accept with a bowed head whatever responsibility the party assigns me. I am grateful to the Bharatiya Janata Party for allowing me to run in the West Assembly elections, and I am prepared for it.
The remarks of the former finance minister Tarun Bhanot against Jabalpur MP Rakesh Singh’s bid for the West Assembly seat have also came to light. He claimed that for the past ten years, the residents of West Assembly have blessed me and that I have been doing my best to carry out the tasks given to me. The people of West Assembly must now judge how well I handled their subject and how many points they will award me. And the public alone will pick who will hold that position for the ensuing five years. The former finance minister stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party is currently worried and afraid; aside from this, if there were any other words, I would have said the same. The BJP has lawmakers and union ministers running for office in the Assembly elections. He claimed that the BJP is terrified of losing power. According to Tarun Bhanot, the BJP administration was ousted by the people in 2018 but was later reinstated after buying MLAs for Rs 10 crore, Rs 20 crore, and Rs 50 crore. However, the BJP alone will not suffice this time, and the Congress will take power in 2023.
