Dressed in a multicolored floral gown, Manushi Chhillar welcomed the arrival of spring in style. The 27-year-old wore a sleeveless gown with a deep V neckline, a tight black bodice, and spaghetti straps on her shoulders. With a grand, voluminous floor-length skirt with colorful floral motifs, it was something else.
