Jaya Bachchan Pushes Man Attempting Selfie at Delhi’s Constitution Club; Video Goes Viral

Famous actor and Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan made waves on Tuesday at the Constitution Club in Delhi when she got upset and pushed aside a man who tried to take a selfie with her. Bachchan is seen pushing the man and saying, “Kya kar rahe hai aap? “What is this?” in a social media footage that has gone viral. Nearby was Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi. After the occasion, she looked around before heading inside the Club.

Bachchan has already been involved in a public outburst such as this one. When members of the Treasury benches interrupted her during a recent special Parliament debate on Operation Sindoor, she reprimanded them, saying, “Either you speak or I will speak.” Bachchan saw her gesturing and remarked, “Priyanka, don’t control me,” giving Priyanka Chaturvedi, who was sitting next to her at the time, a mild reprimand as well.

The Rajya Sabha Chairperson Jagdeep Dhankhar introduced her as “Jaya Amitabh Bachchan” in another occasion last year, which caused Bachchan to express her disapproval. “I understand body language and expressions because I am an artist,” she said, objecting to the introduction.
