New Delhi, October 22, 2024:
Dr. K.A. Paul, a world-renowned peace envoy and Nobel Peace Prize nominee, has made a plea to Home Minister Amit Shah, citing life-threatening dangers from powerful political figures. In his letter, Dr. Paul revealed that his life is in immediate danger and accused top leaders, including Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, his son K.T. Rama Rao, and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, of obstructing his security.

Despite multiple court orders, no protection has been provided after a violent attack on Dr. Paul in 2022 in Sircilla, where he was assaulted in broad daylight. He claims that radical elements within the RSS and BJP are conspiring to silence him after he exposed corruption, including the illegal sale of Vizag Steel Plant assets.
Dr. Paul warns that any harm to him would tarnish India’s global reputation as a democracy. His death would expose the government’s failure to protect one of its most prominent peace advocates. His legal battles against corruption have made him a target of the most dangerous political criminals in the country.
