Dr. K.A. Paul, a prominent Christian evangelist and President of the Prajashanti Party, has leveled serious accusations against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Telangana Chief Minister Revanta Reddy. He claims that their actions are undermining democratic values and betraying the future of young people. According to Dr. Paul, the Congress government is attempting to sell 400 acres of land owned by Hyderabad University—a property reportedly valued at over ₹1 lakh crore—to private companies like Adani.
A 72-Hour Warning to Cancel the Deal
Dr. Paul has issued a stern 72-hour ultimatum, warning that if the deal is not immediately called off, he will initiate both legal and political actions. He reminded his critics of his past interventions, noting that he has successfully halted the sale of a steel plant and prevented the seizure of farmers’ land in Kamareddy. “Whether the government is led by the BJP, the Congress, or any other party—no youth’s future should be sold off!” he declared.
Challenging Rahul Gandhi’s Promises
During his address, Dr. Paul also questioned Rahul Gandhi about his so-called “Love Shop” promises made during the India Jodo Yatra. “What happened to the dreams you painted for our youth under the banner of a ‘Love Shop’?” he asked, suggesting that the assurances given were nothing but empty rhetoric. Dr. Paul further accused the Congress government of violently suppressing student protests, including the harsh police actions taken on Eid, and questioned whether financial gains from deals with companies like Adani are their sole priority.
Threats of Political Consequences
Dr. Paul warned that if Rahul Gandhi and Revanta Reddy continue with their plans behind closed doors, the current Congress government in Telangana will face serious political repercussions, including being ousted from power. He firmly stated that if the land sale is not annulled within the 72-hour period, he will file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to legally block the transaction.
A Call to Protect Democracy
In a passionate plea to the public, media, and law enforcement, Dr. Paul urged everyone to stand together in defense of democracy. “Share this message far and wide until it reaches Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and Revanta Reddy. We must act before it’s too late and protect our nation’s democratic future,” he concluded.
