Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has been going very hardcore in the gym, and her short clip shared on the social media Instagram is enough to tell how serious she is about fitness. The Raazi star posted a video of herself doing clapping push-ups with a resistance band attached. In the way she captioned the post: “The struggle is important 📈💪🏼,”, the actor reflected on the significant work behind her fitness routine.

In the video, Alia performs eight repetitions of clapping push-ups, while an instructor, Karan Sawhney, gives her motivation to complete the exercise dose. Sawhney trains a host of other celebs, including Kriti Sanon and Rakul Preet Singh. He visited a sweaty Alia as she executed the advanced move with a lot of effort.
